Event Information
All Events start at 9 am. Please, check for updates - in case of hot weather, we may start at 8 am.
Check-In is from 7:45 am – 8:45 am.
The books close at 8:45 am.
Penning Events $65 – per person, per team.
Sorting Events $50 – per person, per team.

Unless otherwise noted, you must be a current paid member to participate in all VPA Events. All SYVEA non-members will be required to pay a $10 day fee.
Important Note
All 2017 events will be held at the Santa Ynez Valley Equestrian Association arena. For directions or more information on the SYVEA visit their website at www.syvea.org. The format or dates of 2017 events may change due to cattle availability. In the event of any changes, this website will be updated. If it’s a short notice change, VPA Members will be notified via Email. Please make sure VPA has your current email address.
Team Reservations
Email Tracy Ward at: vpareservations@yahoo.com. If you are new to VPA or are having a hard time putting a team together, feel free to let Tracy know and she will help you put teams together. In the event we are unable to form a team, you will not be charged.
Remember, you must make your reservations no later than 5 pm on Wednesday prior to each event. Please be sure to email reservations early enough so they are received by the 5:00 pm Wednesday deadline. Any emails received late will not be entered. All emails received in time will get a reply confirmation. If you must cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. No-shows are responsible for the cost their entry.
